Not at all. We work with recreational fitness enthusiasts, youth athletes, active adults, and competitive athletes at every level. If you want a smarter, individualized plan, this is built for you.

How does remote training work?

You get a fully written program, video guidance where helpful, and regular check-ins to track progress and adjust your plan. You don't need to be in Hudson to get the same quality of individualization and care.

How is this different from hiring a regular coach?
